Mission Statement. The purpose of OBey Foundation is to enrich and improve the African cultural awareness and overall quality of life for citizens throughout the Diaspora.  There are four main areas.

OBey Foundation was founded in January 1998

as a 501 (c) (3) non-profit cultural and educational organization.  The organization has a six member Board of Directors and two active officers.
